Starting from 2009, the outpatient clinic was opened. The Outpatient department provides healthcare services not only for general illness but also for special diseases such as eye, ear, nose, and throat; skin; dental; orthopedic; physiotherapy; liver and renal diseases. Currently, the clinic is open and providestreatment two days a week, on Saturday and Sunday. X-ray, ECG, ultrasound, and basic laboratory tests are available fordiagnostic services voluntarily. Over 3,000 patients are examined and treated monthly. To date, a total of 488,309 patients have been examined and treated.
For patients with eye problems, major surgeries such as cataract removal and intraocular lens implantation, minor surgeries, and general eye diseases have been treated. To date, over 78,782 patients have been treated, and have regained their eye sight.
For dental patients, over 150 patients are examined and treated monthly. To date, 23,580 patients have been treated.
For patients with chronic kidney disease, renal haemodialysis has been provided since (20 October 2015). Currently, the center has(49) haemodialysis machines. Haemodialysis services are given to (64) patients per day in two shifts (morning and afternoon), for (5) days a week, using (33) machines, with the others for reserve. Over (200) patients receive renal haemodialysis over (1100) times per month through a cost-sharing system. Monks, nuns, children under (12) years old, and some eligible patients are also treated free of charge. By providing services at a much cheaper rate than outside hospitals, patients' lives are saved and pro- longed.
