All 19 Executive Committee members and 27 Working Committee members serve entirely as volunteers, free of charge.It now carries out social welfare activities divided into the following five major sectors.

We understand that trust is the currency of humanitarian work. The Brahmaso Organization adheres to a strict 2018 Constitution to ensure every kyat donated reaches those in need.

• Financial Audits: Our accounts are inspected by an Audit Team and presented at monthly meetings which are open to observation. 
• Consensus Decisions: All major expenditures and activities require consensus from the Executive Committee. 
• Volunteer Model: We have no highly-paid executives. Our committee members strive to the best of their abilities without salary, ensuring donations go directly to operations.
